Want to stay young ~*~ stay active
Want to stay healthy ~*~ treat yourself
Want to be happy ~*~ Do it
Dogs are the greatest companions ever
Kids are my life's greatest joy
Being a Grandmother changes absolutely everything!

Want to play along? All that's necessary to participate is to describe your life (or something) in a phrase using just six words. For more information, try clicking here. Feel free to explain or not explain. Add an image, a video, a song, nothing. I love seeing what everyone does with their entries.

  1. Very true points, and very good advice... except I have to add that cats are great companions too :)

    1. I love dogs, but my husband's and my schedules are too chaotic to work with the continuity that a dog needs. Cats don't so much mind people that can be like ships passing in the night.

  3. Nice 6W's, Brenda ~~ I am glad you reminded me of thess today.

Our little Adi (beagle) died last September and I still miss her a lot. She was my buddy. Playing bearof (her plush toy of the time) with her and going for walks were both our favorites. Adi and I were also a registered Pet Theapy Team (she specialized in pet therapy and in helping kids to read) and she loved to visit with kids and the old folks.

Grandfathering is nice also. !!! HAPPY EASTER !!!

  6. I don't have a dog, and after Thursday's experience, I'm not sorry. The expression "daft as a brush" comes to mind. Koffee is an enormous bundle of brown fuzz who is everywhere!
Happy Easter, Brenda, to you and your lovely family.

  7. I loved this post Brenda, so positive and life-affirming! When you see it thru these eyes, we do have choices we can make, we can change, and it is ultimately the little things that count the most... the blessings we have right around us!
